St Michaels AC are delighted to be hosting their annual Emo Forest run again this year.

The 5k Route cuts through Emo Forest but also routes through the majestic Emo Court.
The 10k route is on a quiet country road cutting through Emo Forest and gives an excellent opportunity for a good run.
There will also be a club team event in the 10k
The first 4 athletes (male or female) finishing for a club will win
The 'Bill Devereaux Perpetual Trophy'
5k and 10k start at 1800hrs sharp
Cash Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Female & Male in both the 5K & 10K Race.
Car park available at the Emo Community Centre.
