THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

To take part in the Vredestein 20km de Paris, you must either :

- provide an FFA Competition or Running or Company licence number or a J'aime Courir pass

- provide a PPS (Parcours Prévention Santé) number that is less than 3 months old on the date of the competition.

INFO: if your form is pre-filled (you are a loyal runner), remember to delete your old PPS number, which is no longer valid. You will be able to enter it from 12 July 2025. But leave the ‘I'm entering my PPS number’ field ticked.

The PPS number replaces the medical certificate, which will no longer be accepted. Furthermore, you will only be able to obtain your PPS number 3 months before the race, i.e. after 12 July 2025. You can obtain it by clicking on this link and fill in this information later when you return to your registration form. It must nevertheless be completed before 30 September 2025.
