1.The organizer of OMV Petrom Bucharest HALF MARATHON (OPBHM) is Asociația Clubul Sportiv Bucharest Running Club (BRC). 2. I have read and understood OPBHM Regulation and I agree to the conditions of participation imposed by it. Rules are available on the competition website - www.bucuresti21km.ro. 3. I am clinically healthy and I don’t suffer from any condition that would endanger my health status during the event and I take full responsibility regarding my participation in OPBHM. 4. I fully understand what participation in such a race means, considering that the race involves / may involve traffic on its route. 5. I acknowledge that participation in OPBHM can be physically and mentally demanding. I confirm that I am medically apt and in proper physical shape to participate in such a contest of endurance, such as OPBHM. Thus, I exonerate the organizers, and anyone connected with them (sponsors, partners, employees, authorities, officials, volunteers, etc.) from any liability in relation to any claims of any kind I or my successors may have for any injury , illness, death or any other medical problems that might arise during the competition in which I participate. 6. I authorize and give my express consent to be transported to the hospital / to recieve medical assistance following the express demand of the Organizer’s representatives, in case these persons consider medical assistance necessary and I declair I give up any demands I might have regarding such a transport and/ or emergency tratments, delays or deficiences which may occur. 7. Hereby, I declare that I have been informed on my rights provided by (EU) REGULATION 2016/679 of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT and of the COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data concerning the free movement of such data And repealing Directive 95/46/EC (data protection regulations) (see the website of the national authority for the protection of Personal data, the COUNCIL REGULATION (EU) 2016/679) concerned the right of access to data, to rectify, "right to be forgotten", the right to restrict the right of opposition, the right to data portability, the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including the creation of profiles.At the same time you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data and to request deletion, within the limits of the legal provisions in force.To exercise these rights you can contact us with a written request, dated and signed at Bucharest Running Club Association Headquarters, Str.
