Welcome to the entry form for Paula Radcliffe's Families on Track Powered by Atom Bank.

If you're ready to enter your team please make sure you meet the following criteria before continuing:

• A team costs £40 whether it’s 3, 4 or 5 members

• Each team must have a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 5

• There must be at least one team member over 18

• The team captain must be over 18

• There must be at least one team member under 16

• The minimum age to take part is 4 years old

• Start Time: start times vary at each location (please check your desired location) - registration open from 90 minutes prior to time slot
