DECLARATION OF CONSENT

After reading the privacy policy, I indicate below my preferences regarding the consent requests by the Joint Controller Roma Capitale.

I declare to be of adult age, to accept the regulation and the terms and conditions of use and to have read the privacy policy prepared in accordance with Regulation EU 679/2016

1. Authorization to process my data to receive promotional information and opinion polls by post, telephone, email, text message, notifications (direct marketing purposes - indicated in point 4.3 of paragraph 4 of the information).

2. Authorization to communicate my data to third-party companies to receive promotional information and opinion polls by post, telephone, email, text message, notifications (Purpose of communication to third parties for direct marketing - indicated in point 4.4 of paragraph 4 of the information)

Authorization for the Owner to use free of charge, without time limits, also pursuant to articles 10 and 320 of the civil code and articles 96 and 97 of law 22.4.1941, n. 633 (Copyright Law), to publish and/or disseminate and/or store in any form their images and/or videos taken in the context of the Rome Half Marathon event and its collateral events, on the website and on the official Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube), on printed paper and/or on any other means of dissemination, for informational and promotional purposes. The authorization does not allow the use of the images in contexts that prejudice the personal dignity and decorum of the undersigned and, in any case, for uses and/or purposes other than those indicated above. In addition to the privacy policy, we inform you that your data will be processed for the purposes indicated above and that they will be retained, due to the nature of the publication itself, as long as the channels for disseminating the images are active (website, Facebook page, etc.), unless you withdraw your consent. Providing consent is optional. If you do not provide the data, we will not be able to use your image for promotional purposes.
